01 Passport size color photograph taken within 06 months
The Visa Notice from The China Travel Bureau (with minimum of 05 applicants and the embassy will issue a group visa in a separate paper to travel together)
Visa Request letter (from the applicant)
Leave approval letter (if the applicant working some where)
The hotel confirmation letter
Last 06 months personal bank statements
Copy of the marriage certificates (if family traveling)
Copy of the birth certificates (if children traveling)
The itinerary letter (from the travel agent)
