Invitation letter from Hong Kong along with the completed ID 1003B (can be download from www.immd.gov.hk and Inviter’s Hong Kong ID Card copy / Confirmed Hotel Reservation
Copy of the detail page of the passport and the endorsements (if any)
Visa Request letter (from the applicant)
Leave approval letter (if the applicant working) along with last 03 months salary slips
Last 03 months bank statements or Original savings books with copies (With Credit Balance)
Family Traveling – Birth and Marriage certificates (English and Sinhala)
Other supporting documents requested by the visa officer
