• Air Ticket with ticket number

Family Traveling

• Sponsor Letter (Including family member names and Passport numbers)
• Last 06 months original bank statements (Central bank approved bank only) more than LKR 85,000 (LKR 85000 x 4 = LKR 340,000) into number of family members FD certificate (with above balance and 01 year valid), EPF
• Original English and Sinhala Birth and marriage certificates

No Objection Letter

• Original Letter of consent of both parents and evidence to prove the signatures of both parents (If under 18 child traveling along)
• If traveling with one parent
  • Original Letter of consent of parent and evidence to prove the signatures of parent.
• If parent in abroad
  • Original Letter of consent of parent and evidence to prove the signatures of parent. (has to come on courier)
  • Passport Copy
  • Visa Copy/ Id Copy
