Itinerary

Day 1ARRIVE DELHI

Met and transfer to Kyron or similar for Overnight.

Day 2DELHI – AGRA (B/L/D): 4/5 hrs drive

AM drive to Agra, Check-in at Amar or similar. Noon visit world famous Taj Mahal & drive past Agra Fort. Overnight.

Day 3AGRA – VARANASI (B/D): By Day Train

Take a Day Train to Varanasi Dep. 1100 hrs. Arrive Varanasi at 2000 hrs. Overnight at City Inn.

Day 4VARANASI - BODHGAYA (B/L/D): 5/6 hrs drive

AM visit Sarnath, where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his five disciples. Visit Sarnath Museum. Afternoon
drive to Bodhgaya. Overnight at Hotel Delta Intl.

Day 5BODHGAYA (B/L/D)

Visit Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, Sujata Temple, Niranjana River & partake in religious activities. Overnight.

Day 6BODHGAYA – Rajgir – Nalanda – BODHGAYA (B/L/D

Full day Excursion to visit Rajgir (3 hrs drive) + Nalanda (45 Minutes ex Rajgir), visit Vulture Hill, World Peace Stupa,
Later visit ruins of world’s oldest University of Nalanda. Return to Bodhgaya for Overnight.

Day 7BODHGAYA – KUSHINAGAR (B/PL/D): 11/12 hrs drive

Early morning drive to Kushinagar, Check-in at your Hotel. Overnight at Lotus Nikko.

Day 8KUSHINAGAR – LUMBINI (Nepal) (B/PL/D): 5 hrs drive

AM visit Mahaparnirvana Temple (where Buddha took his last breathe) &Rambhar Stupa (Cremation site). Drive to
Lumbini, Nepal (Complete immigration formalities at Borders – Ensure Double Entry visa for India & Single Entry for
Nepal). Arrive Lumbini, visit Birth place of Lord Buddha. Overnight Hotel Nancs.

Day 9LUMBINI – KAPILVASTU – SRAVASTI (B/L/D): 6 hrs drive + 1 hourenroute visit.

AM drive to Sravasti via visit Kapilavastu – where Buddha’s childhood was spent. Later visit Sahet-Mahet, Jetvana
and perform your religious activities. Overnight at Hotel Lotus Nikko.

Day 10SRAVASTI–LUCKNOW–DELHI (B/L/Dinner on Train): 5.5 hrs drive + Train Travel

AM drive to Lucknow to board Shatabadi Express Train for Delhi, Dep: 1535 hrs. Arrive Delhi at 2210 hrs,
Met and transfer to Hotel Kyron for overnight.
