After breakfast at hotel, drive to Taunggyi and proceed to Kakku which is about 50-km south of Taunggyi. , On the way you will have beautiful scenes such as colorful farms of garlic, potatoes, cabbage, etc. It is situated in Pa O tribe and can see about 2000 pagodas ruins from 16th century. The stupas are decorated with mythical animals. The pagoda is located deep inside the Pa O’s land, you are required to take an escort through PNO office in Taunggyi. Kakku is woth to visit as a day excursion from Inle Lake.
Afternoon drive back to Taunggyi and proceed to Nyaung Shwe.
Then transfer back to hotel.
