Then proceed to Scott Market, sometimes called by its own British name Scott Market. It has more than 2000 shops and the largest selection of Myanmar handicrafts and souvenirs you’ll find, from lacquer ware and Shan shoulder bags to puppets and jewelry. In the afternoon visit Chauk Htat Kyi, home to a 70-meter long reclining Buddha. The feet of the statue carved with traditional symbols and often many locals gathering to pay homage and pray. Photo stop at the Karaweik Hall looks like an enormous floating barge and located in the South East corner of Kandawgyi Lake. Then proceed to Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the most famous pagodas in the world and which enshrines strands of Buddha’s hair and other holy relics. Enjoy the amazing sunset at there.
